Weigh in Wednesday

Where to start? I guess I'll just jump right in. I gained this week. (Hangs head in shame.) That's right, I gained a pound!! Not exactly what I was going for, but I'm sure it is just muscle right? LOL! Last week I wrote out why I wanted to lose weight; which is great but I think I need something a little more concrete. Like some goals. For the first week I wanted to keep them simple so I can reach them;) So here are my goals:

  • I am aiming to lose 2 pounds this week
  • I am going to do the Shred everyday
  • Run at least 3 times this week
  • No sweets (for the week)

Onto the new week. Let's see how many I can cross off my list.

are you addicted to running yet? keep it up long enough and you will be! and the pounds will start to fall off too - there is nothing quite like a run. :)
